Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

This is a shorter term therapy, focussing on faulty thinking and beliefs which can lead to negative outcomes, anxiety and sometimes depression.

If we can change our thoughts (which are often automatic) we can change our beliefs and ultimately our feelings and behaviours.

Sometimes known as the ABC system
